Re: The 2-1 Win over Coventry...Superb Team Performance

At last Edwards on the pitch and starting. Class act in the Championship. What the hell was our manager doing leaving him on the bench for the last few games :?: :!: Pity we did not get at least a point against Wrexham. Sorry in my view the play off ship has sailed. There are too many difficult away...

Re: Coventry game

Well Colin it may not be as bad as what we both witnessed on the 30/11/1963 when
a superior table topping Coventry City came to Loftus Road and thrashed us 6-3(6-1 down) ;)

However still looks like defeat is on the cards I reckon.

Re: Wrexham game

Wrexham are a bit over rated and we are at Home.

We could win this. Let's hope so

Re: Oxford game

After a wonderful win against Leicester we blew a big chance to make substantial progress after poor results and displays over the Xmas and New Year period against 3 mediocre and rubbish teams! Following on at Stoke we were a non event and lets face it so very lucky indeed to get away without being ...

Re: Goalkeepers...

If you ask me Nardi was on his way out the moment this new manager took charge.

They were Rennes together and Nardi was not in favour for the Keepers position there
at that time.

Re: Alan Barnes - Rest in Peace Mate...

This is such very sad News.

Alan was from the same generation as me both late 1950's "starters" at Loftus Rd. Ultra Loyal
and dedicated to QPR FC. Sadly missed

Steve R I have just Emailed you my memory recollection of Alan. You can pass on, share, or
repost as you wish.

Re: Team tinkering

Good Comment Essex. Also nearly all of the time when we lose a game its not just a defeat but always an awful performance as well. It does not matter if its a top team like Coventry or Boro or bottom and out of form teams like Norwich and West Brom. Same old story. Sometimes you can accept a loss if...

Re: Leicester game

it was nice to meet up with Steve R and Colin W at the game on Saturday and what a game it was Leicester were never in it even when we slowed down the tempo. We blew them away with Pace, Press and our front men taking on defenders and beating them at will. Even the Leicester goal was a total freak. ...
