Hoos and Ferdinand must also depart QPR now.

Post by Tommy Cunningham »

How can QPR supporters anywhere have any confidence or trust, in these two incompetent
employees of QPR to take our club forward.

The season still has 3 months to run, now we are looking for our fourth manager of the
season after Beale, Hall and Critchley.

Hoos and Ferdinand should both feel ashamed of themselves tonight, that squad of players
you assembled with Beale are an absolute disgrace. They were not having Critchley from day
one, players claiming they were injured, players who couldn’t get up for it and the loans
have been disastrous. These players are a disgrace to QPR and to their profession,
Neil Critchley never had a chance to succeed at QPR from day one.

Those players got their way and the manager sacked, he should be staying and Hoos and
Ferdinand shown the door.

Our club is rotten from the top to the bottom, change is needed now and some big
decisions need to be made.

The underage setup needs to be reviewed, coaches need to be replaced as teams continue
to finish bottom year after year. An experienced DOF or Chief Scout with a proven track
record, of successful recruitment is what we need going forward.

The board need to understand that the QPR support has had enough.

The positions of CEO Lee Hoos and DOF Les Ferdinand, are in my view untenable
and they should both follow Neil Critchley out of QPR.

I don’t think Critchley helped himself by some of his team selections,
tactics and rather strange substitutions.
We will never know if this was due to interference from above or he was just not
up to the job.

The players have also not covered themselves in glory with their inept performances
and should take some of the blame for his downfall.

If loss of form and injuries have been faked there is no excuse for such actions and
we should get rid of such so called professionals. I assume they were happy to keep
receiving their salaries.
Those choosing these failed managers should now also be subjected to scrutiny and it is time
the owners started participating in club affairs and take the appropriate action.

Unfortunately for Neil Critchley, whatever team he selected, whatever tactics he
attempted to employ, he was destined for failure with this squad of players.

When the players aren’t having you, there is only one outcome and that came to fruition last night.

In many ways I dislike what our club has become, inept people running the club totally out
of touch with the supporters.

I think it is gonna get a lot worse before it improves.

If Ferdinand And Hoos depart who selects the replacements?
The owners are not particularly football people and who will advise them?
Can we have just a Manager next time please without someone looking over his
shoulder from above.

We need a manager and assistants who can earn respect and we need a team of coaches
who call a spade a bloody big shovel!
