Re: Critchley sacked
Without doubt they should make further changes.
CEO Lee Hoos and DOF Les Ferdinand, should also leave the building tonight.
We are a club in crisis and they cannot be trusted to put it right.

Re: Critchley sacked
The one good thing about our frequent managerial changes is we do not have to
research the candidates every time.
So hopefully it will be just a case of negotiations holding up the next appointment.

Re: Critchley sacked
But who - ah say WHO, boy - would be mad enough to take over??

Re: Critchley sacked
Mostly I blame the players for their awful performances lack of effort and unprofessional attitude
Critchley however is not blameless. Early on after the Fleetwood defeat he made public the
poor training session beforehand then blasted the players in the media (wrong!)
Subsequently in some later fixtures he again castigated the players in the press
and also threatened to wield the axe. This resulted in a toxic combination.
The players obviously had no respect for him and he in turn was certainly unhappy in their ways.
Something had to give.
