Yes a day to live long in the memory.
The walk to Wembley from Askew Road, great sights in the pubs on the way, the
coffin procession and that wonder Marsh goal and of course the winning goal.
Tears in the eyes at the end!

Precise memories tend to fade but I was reminded of some ‘Burt Lancaster’ type antics that
happened after the game. A Rangers fan was swinging on the chandeliers in the ‘Princess Victoria’ pub
in the Bush!
Another memory was of the Wolsey that had been professionally re-sprayed in blue and white.
