Lets Hope Chris Willock Still has the Buzz Tomorrow at Watford..

Post by Steve Russell »

Lets hope he still has it tomorrow afternoon...
From the Offy site....

'Chris Willock can’t wait for the football to return this weekend, admitting he has 'the buzz' ahead
of the trip to Watford.

QPR make the short journey to Vicarage Road for the opening game of the season on Saturday, and
Willock said: “I’m looking forward to getting out there and playing again.

“We have trained well, we have trained hard and we have bought into the style the gaffer wants to play.”

With pre-season now behind them, the 25-year-old forward believes last weekend’s disappointing loss at
Oxford can’t be ignored, but it’s important the squad learns and looks forward.

“People will say it’s only pre-season but it does matter,” said Willock, who joined QPR from Benfica
three years ago.

“Every game matters. It doesn’t matter who the opposition are – a game’s a game and we have to do
better than that.

“We have gone over it, reviewed it and picked out points from it. We have to move on now and look forward,
it’s important we do that.”

Football-mad Willock admits he has craved it during the break and is desperate to get back on the pitch in
front of the R’s faithful once more.

“I miss the football season so much,” he said. “Sometimes towards the end of a hard season you think
‘I need a break,’ but after a week you’re missing it again! '

Methinks all the Buzz is likely to come from the hornets. Lets hope we don't get stung too much

He certainly owes us, for his lacklustre performances last season.
Let's hope for a repeat of the result we got there last time.

Well that certainly showed how much of a buzz he had!
Bench must have been buzzing all game.
Awful performance and result. Players? GA? Or under strength team?
I will decide after the next game.

The only buzz Chris Willock has is to be elsewhere, injury prone and inconsistent in my opinion.

Probably hoping to be gone by deadline day.

If a player is fit but still can’t be bothered to play he should be declared in breach
of contract.

Players like Willock do sod all when they play so stick them in the reserves or just don’t let them play.
That will take them out of the “shop window“ for the “grass is greener” move they obviously want.

If they complain show them the video of their time on the pitch when they do play and ask them to justify
their lack of effort.

Money has ruined football and players like Willock take advantage of non performance
related contracts.

If, for argument's sake he really did have the 'buzz' & was up for
it then why didn't he start?

Coming on for a couple of minutes was ridiculous

You get the feeling GA was proving a point after several inept performances against Oxford.
I can see no other reason to do it unless a player has it written in his contract he should play
unless injured.

The truth is lads he is obviously on his bike before the end of the window,
probably left out to avoid injury yesterday.

His performance at Oxford was an absolute disgrace, never lifted a leg for the time he
was on the pitch the same as Ilias Chair.

I hope Willock and Chair leave the club this month, neither want to play for QPR anymore
and it’s best for all concerned they depart.
