Paul Hall Departs...

Post by Steve Russell »

From the Club...

'PAUL Hall has left his role with QPR by mutual consent.

Having been with the club for more than a decade after initially joining as a Professional Development
Coach for our Under 18s in 2013, he moves on with the best wishes of everyone for the future.

Hall was named Head Professional Development Coach for our under 23s in 2015 before he moved across
to the first team in 2022/23, after a period in interim charge.

Hall said: “After 11 incredible seasons, I am bidding farewell to QPR.

"It has been an honour to represent the club across the academy and first team.

“I am immensely proud of the players who have made the progression from local schoolboys to professional
footballers and for the small part I have played in their journeys.

“I hope my dedication and passion have added to the legacy at QPR, and I will fondly remember all my experiences
shared with players, staff, and fans alike.

“QPR holds a special place with me, and I would like to wish everyone at the club and all of the supporters the
very best in the future.”

CEO Christian Nourry said: "The club has been extremely fortunate to count on Paul for his 10-plus years of service.

"Paul is a phenomenal human being, who lights up a room and has a great knack of unlocking potential and qualities
in young players.

"On behalf of everyone at the football club, we wish him all the best for the future."

I hope it doesn’t stop with Hall, there is plenty more dead wood that needs removing.

Times are changing at QPR and we all hope for the better, we have been surrounded by incompetence and a lack of
professionalism for years.

Christian Nourry carry on the good work.

Tommy,

My personal view is that the cull of coaching staff has been quite comprehensive so far, but that the feeling is of more to come.

Nourry and Marti have been like a breath of fresh air since they have been at the club, and long may it continue.

The cull of the coaching staff hasn’t gone far enough in my view, there are still some of Ferdinand’s disciples in the building.

They have been stealing a living from QPR for far too long.

Certainly appears Marti Cifuentes and Christian Nourry, are looking to change the culture of the club.

This clown stole a living from QPR for 10 years, our youth system has been shambolic for many many years.

Year after year no players have come through and established themselves in the first team.

Absolutely delighted that change is happening at the club, a manager that won’t be bringing “kiwis” in to perform the “haka”
for players before training.

We now have a CEO who is making ruthless decisions for the benefit of QPR and not for his mates.

Onwards and upwards as they say.
