Chris Willock

Post by Bill Elkins »

Hi all.

Does anyone have an opinion as to what they think is happening with regard to Chris Willock ?

Just been on the Official Site where they showed the players at the training camp in Girona, but no sign of Chris.

Also was hoping for some news on resigning Hayden from Newcastle, and perhaps a striker which is badly needed.

Chris Willock could leave but only if it is a big "Step Up" from QPR FC otherwise I do not think he will be keen to go. We shall see.

Bill he is probably still awaiting a call from Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Injury prone, inconsistent and obviously not committed to QPR, I for one wouldn’t be too disappointed if he wasn’t in W12 this season.

The fact he’s allegedly still in discussions with QPR about a new contract, would signify to me there isn’t that much interest in him
from elsewhere.

Willock and his agent have had all close season to agree a contract somewhere, I hope the club move on from Willock and look elsewhere
for new signings.

Guys, I have heard that he's signed a contract extension, with a view to us getting a decent fee if/when he moves on.
Or it could just mean we're lumbered with him a bit longer.
Mind you, maybe Marti can get the best out of him....we live in hope.

Steve, I would be shocked if that was the thinking of Christian Nourry regarding Willock.

He is a free agent at present which puts him and his agent in the driving seat, the fact he has not officially left QPR
can only be a lack of interest or they have priced themselves out with unrealistic demands.

Willock and his agent wouldn’t be concerned in the slightest regarding QPR getting a transfer fee, he is not officially
an employee of QPR anymore so good luck for the future Chris Willock.
