From the Club...
'LYNDON Dykes has joined Birmingham City.
The 28-year-old moves to St. Andrew’s on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
The Scotland striker joined QPR four years ago from Livingston.
During his time in W12, Dykes made 165 appearances in the blue and white hoops, scoring 37 goals in
all competitions.
Dykes displayed his fighting spirit during 2022/23 when he was hospitalised for eight days with pneumonia.
Incredibly, he was back on the pitch just six weeks later, helping QPR beat Watford 1-0.
Last season, Dykes scored crucial goals in our final two home games as we secured our Championship status,
netting the only goal in our home win over Preston before being on target again as we beat Leeds United 4-0 in
West London.
Off the pitch, Dykes has done incredible work in the community, constantly offering his help to supporters in need,
raising money for numerous charities and fund-raising campaigns.
The club are incredibly grateful to Lyndon for his tireless work and we wish him every success for the future.
CEO Christian Nourry said: “I want to take the opportunity to thank Lyndon for his stellar efforts and immense
commitment to the football club over the last four seasons, during which he made some critical contributions.
“Admirably, off the pitch, he threw himself into all aspects of the football club. We have been fortunate to have him
in our ranks and wish him all the very best for his new adventure.”
