Koki Saito's Goal Last Night....

Post by Steve Russell »

His fantastic goal last night reminded me of Rodney's at the
Old Den on 16th March 1968.

Bob Sterratt & I, were surrounded by Millwall fans on the half-way line,
as Rodney breezed past two defenders along the bye-line before curling
the ball inside the far-post.

What happened next :?:
The home fans clapped :D

The match finished 1-1.

Koki Saito’s goal last night was pure quality.

To score that goal from where he started with the ball and confronted by an opponent, once he got past
the defender he then applied a fantastic finish past the goalkeeper.

An outstanding goal.
