Essex the big fear I have is that we could drop down the leagues, the team lacks leadership on
the park and we look an unbelievably poor team.

I haven’t seen any positives this season which is hard to accept.

We haven’t had leadership on the field since the Warnock period. We desperately need a Derry in
midfield and a Hill in defence to organise things and coach the younger players.

We also need to get away from one dimensional hoofball and let players express themselves.

Maybe they are objecting to the tactics employed.

Cup rounds are littered with games in which so called lesser teams have embarrassed their mighty
opponents (sounds a bit familiar ) and they have had surprise wins by sheer hard work and
commitment so it can be done.

If so, Gaz is the 4th manager's tactics they object to.
Maybe they should start "objecting to" sub-standard levels of effort & performance.

Have I missed it or does GA not only watch different matches with his post match comments but we
do not seem to be updated on the injuries to the likes of Dunne and JCS.

The ship is drifting in a downwards direction with limited information coming out at any level other
than the usual comments about our new training ground as if we need reminding.

Colin, I never bother with press conferences.
After all, what's he gonna say - we're crap??
Managers always try to put a positive spin on things.......
not worth bothering with, IMO.
