I was at the game. It was good to meet up with Alan Barnes Keith Rowley, Martin Beattie and Dave Thomas.
Before the sending off we were comfortable and there was a decent opportunity of a win.
Once we were reduced to 10 men there was no friggin chance whatsoever of getting anything from the fixture :
The incident happened 30 seconds before half time in their half of the field. What the Hell. Madness. No need!
To be honest everyone might have just as well have gone home during the interval. I felt like doing so myself.
As totally expected we hardly saw the ball in the second half and there was never a hope in hell with ten men.
Doomed! Fortunate not to concede more goals
I am sure that with 11 versus 11 would have been a different story
