Our first team has won one league game this season, today we sit second bottom of the table after 12 games.

Our Development Team appear to lose every time they play a game.

Our U18’s team in 11 league games this season has conceded 50 goals, horrible statistics when you think these
players are deemed to have a chance of making it to first team level.

Credit to the Ladies team who have managed a few victories this season.

Is the problem with the coaches, scouting network or the management.

I think we have had a problem with our scouting network for many moons now!
Whereas our neighbours Brentford appear to be vastly superior to us in this department.
They seem to find decent players on a regular basis

Mr Kerrins the only prospect I have seen near the first team at QPR this season is Kieran Morgan, this
lad was deemed surplus to requirements at Tottenham and he got a contract at QPR.

What is the point in having an U18’s team that get heavily beaten every game, conceding an average of 5 goals per
game and this philosophy will not develop players for QPR going forward.

The whole system needs to be revamped, we have been an embarrassment at this level for many years.

Same coaches, same standards, same poor scouting network, lack of progress which ultimately leads to the same
poor results.

Christian Nourry needs to take a long hard look at our academy, he needs to look at our scouting network and do a
total evaluation on the coaches he employs at QPR.

The whole system is a failure and has been for many many years.
