From the Club...

'MOST of our International R’s have now returned to TSG Training Centre after representing their respective
nations over the break.

Five QPR players in total have been in international action - including Žan Celar and Paul Smyth.

Celar was brought on for the final 18 minutes as Slovenia fell to a 4-1 home Nations League defeat to Slovenia, then
was an unused substitute for a 1-1 draw with Austria three days later.

Smyth’s Northern Ireland enjoyed better success in the Nations League. The R’s winger started and played 76 minutes
in a 2-0 home win over Belarus, before being brought on for the final minute in a 2-2 draw with Luxembourg.

Rayan Kolli, Daniel Bennie and Alfie Tuck have been in youth international action, meanwhile.

Kolli and Algeria Under-20s are currently involved in a qualifying tournament for the U20 Africa Cup of Nations.
The QPR forward has already played the full 90 minutes against Egypt, with fixtures versus Morocco, Tunisia and Libya
to follow in the coming days.

Bennie's Australia U19s headed to China for the U19 Panda Cup tournament. The midfielder was introduced as a
second-half substitute in a 4-2 win over Kyrgyzstan, then played all 90 minutes and scored in a 1-1 draw with hosts China.

The Socceroos rounded things off with an emphatic 10-0 (ten) victory over Mongolia, with Bennie introduced for the
final half-hour.

Finally, current Enfield Town loanee Tuck and Wales U19s were in Glasgow for U19 European Championship qualifiers - racking
up two wins in three games.

Tuck played 77 minutes as Wales beat Scotland 1-0, but wasn’t used from the bench in a 2-1 defeat to France.
The midfielder returned to the team for a 5-0 win over Liechtenstein, starting and playing the first 57 minutes.

Alfie seems to be a good luck charm - he plays, they win; he doesn't, they lose.
