I think he scored 16 goals last season & he lifted the trophy the other night
of course. All the best for the future Harry.....and thanks.
From the Club: '
'QPR Development Squad midfielder Harry Murphy will leave the club following the expiry of his contract
this summer.
Murphy, 21, has been at Rangers since he was 10 and recently captained our Dev Squad to Premier League
Cup success.
QPR CEO Christian Nourry said: “It is with a lot of emotion that we announce the departure of Harry from
QPR today.
"Having joined the club at just 10 years old, he has written his name into the QPR history books with a season
where he achieved the most goal contributions for the club at Under-21 level and captained the side to an
inaugural Premier League Cup win last week, in a final where he performed majestically.
"The decision not to offer the player an extension comes from our strong belief that he needs to go and play
regular first-team football as quickly as possible to give himself the best chance at a long and successful
professional career which he so deserves. He will always be welcome back at TSG and MATRADE Loftus Road.”
Everyone at QPR wishes Harry the very best of luck for the future.'
