Amazing career with the R's, Good luck Kasha....
From the Club...

'QPR FC Women extend heartfelt gratitude to Kasha Petit, who departs the club this summer following
an extraordinary 25-year association with the R’s.

Kasha’s journey with QPR began as a young player, and across two and a half decades she has become one
of the most recognisable and respected figures in the team's history. Her passion, leadership and commitment
on and off the pitch have helped shape QPR Women into what it is today.

A standout moment in Kasha’s career came in 2014 when she was part of the title-winning side that secured
promotion to the FA Women’s Premier League with a memorable 2-1 victory over Luton Town.

That historic afternoon remains a cherished milestone for the club and a testament to the legacy Kasha
leaves behind.

She was also a key part of the squad that lifted the Capital Cup, adding further silverware to her long list of
achievements in blue and white.

Beyond her playing contributions, Kasha’s impact has been equally powerful in the community. She was named
QPR Women’s PFA Community Champion during her time with the club, recognised for her commitment to using
football as a tool to inspire and engage young people. Her leadership extended into her role mentoring younger
players, embodying what it means to be a QPR representative on and off the pitch.

Will Lambert, Head of Women’s Operations, paid tribute, saying: "I want to take the opportunity to thank Kasha
for her many years of service to this football club. Kasha has been, and will continue to be, an excellent role model
for aspiring young female footballers.

"She continues to be involved with our youth pathway, and we are delighted that we can maintain a strong relationship
to support the development of the QPR Women and Girls programme.

"I am certain Kasha will look back on her time as a player fondly, which is celebrated with a lot of success."

Kasha was honoured at our final Men's home fixture against Burnley, where she received a specially-framed QPR
shirt to commemorate her outstanding service to the club.

Reflecting on her journey, Kasha shared: "I’m honoured to have been part of a club that taught me some of my first values.
QPR showed me how to be relentless, respectful, and resilient – both on and off the pitch.

"I’ve experienced the highs and lows, wins and losses, heartaches and lessons – but mostly, I’ve learned never to give up.

"I’m grateful for the talented players I’ve shared the pitch with and the lifelong friendships I’ve made.
The R’s will always have a special place in my heart.”

As Kasha closes this chapter of her footballing journey, she leaves behind a legacy that will be felt for generations.
Everyone at QPR FC Women thanks her for her dedication, professionalism, and passion over 25 incredible years.

She will always be a part of the QPR family.'
