'I went to club shop yesterday arriving at 11:50 a.m. Spent about 15 minutes looking around and eventually
found something worth purchasing. I was told my QPR club cash had expired 5 minutes ago’.

Now seeing as you have to be let in to the shop you’d have thought you would be informed ‘ don’t forget QPR
club cash expires at 12 noon’. But no. as The two girls were too busy looking at their phones for 15 minutes.

The bloke working there, who I guess was there supervisor, had to tell them to let a customer in who had pressed
the buzzer while he was taking a phone call regarding a customer who hadn’t received their order bought online.

I wasn’t aware it expired at noon but the two shop staff did!!!'

Have to concede that I was leaving it late by thinking I could log on and spend my ‘cash’ this morning as i
also thought I’d seen a post stating you had up to the 31st May to use the balance. Hands up if I got that wrong?
It was the 30th then?
