Now you have decided to part company with Mark Warburton and probably Eustace and Banfield, what about Ferdinand and Ramsey in their respective roles. Do you honestly believe they are taking our club forward, because results at all levels on and off the pitch would definitely not reflect that.

A shocking January transfer window destroyed any hopes of reaching the playoffs, the collapse of the team since January was disastrous to say the least. Have you analyzed the performances and results of our U18s and U23s teams this season, absolutely shocking season for both teams where they both finished bottom of their respective leagues.

Surely you would look at the coaching and management structure at these levels, because compared to other clubs we are so far behind. I attended some of these games and they were a painful watch, a serious lack of quality and potential does not auger well for the future. We have a new training facility on the horizon, which hopefully will improve standards and professionalism at QPR. The supporters played their part in this project, now you need to play your part as CEO of QPR. We need change at QPR and we need it now.

Yes Good points Tommy Cunnningham. Yep that Dave Mc article was a bit of an eye opener. May explain a few things.

My own personal fear at the moment judging by current reports in the media and on QPR supporters websites is that I am in serious danger of being underwhelmed by the prospective appointment of a new manager and coaching staff.

I hope I don't find myself contemplating that old crude terrace chant of... Who the F...ing hell are you?

What I fail to understand is how Amit Bhatia, Tony Fernandez and Lee Hoos talk about developing home grown talent, yet appear to be so oblivious to how poor our underage teams at the club are.

Plenty of talk amongst supporters over the weekend, why Mark Warburton didn’t select some youngsters to fill the bench at Swansea. In fairness to Warburton he has been quite clear in his view, that none of them at the club are good enough. Even Kevin Gallen said last week he hadn’t heard of any outstanding young players coming through at QPR, yet he had heard of youngsters coming through at other clubs.

A new training ground will be a massive asset to the club going forward, what we need now is the personnel capable of attracting the best young players to QPR.

So given the strong feeling that many of the problems start with the coaching of our younger teams the recent indications are they will not be replaced if we are effectively only appointing a first team coach.
Usually Managers like to bring in their “own men” so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I do wonder if we are also woefully lacking in the scouting department as every time I watch games on tv promising players who were born locally to the Rs seem to feature for other sides.
