Julien Stephan Names his Pre-Season Overseas Squad

'JULIEN Stéphan has confirmed his squad ahead of QPR's two upcoming pre-season fixtures overseas.
The R’s travelled to Girona, Spain on Wednesday as part of 10-day trip which will see us take on CD Castellón
this Saturday before playing Toulouse in France on Friday 18th July.

Four goalkeepers have made the trip, including 18-year-old Charlie Warren, who joined the Development Squad in June
after a decade at Tottenham.
New signings Amadou Mbengue, Kwame Poku and Kealey Adamson are also named, along with recent Dev Squad recruits
Timothy Akindileni and Jaylan Pearman.
Academy product Emmerson Sutton, who made his first-team debut towards the end of last season, has also travelled
out, along with young forward Ridwan Hassan.
Hassan, 17, joined the R’s two years ago and made 11 appearances for the Development Squad last season.
Meanwhile, Nicolas Madsen and Michael Frey are progressing well and are expected to join the squad in Girona to continue
their rehabs. Charlie Kelman is also scheduled to join up with the team following illness.
Jonathan Varane will stay in the UK to maximise our home facilities after picking up an injury in training.
He will return to training during pre-season.
