We are going backwards under this clown, once again changes for the sake of changes.

Pitch is a disgrace but it has to be said is the same for both sides, watching the R’s is a
really hard watch these days. Some of the recent performances have been very poor.

The manager is clueless and we have little chance of improvement under his guidance,
the team does not reflect a team that is well coached. We have conceded some very poor
goals this season particularly from set pieces,

No doubt there will be more changes again on Sunday for Sheffield Wednesday.

Christian Nourry do the right thing now and part company with this manager.

You need a settled side to build a team that understands one another.
We seem to approach every match as if no homework has been done.

Foreign manager syndrome? Not used to English teams?

You play your strongest team every time. The players who do play most
games must be totally confused as they rarely are in the same side.

We desperately need a midfield general to slow things down at times and
start thinking about our play in and around the area not one aimless ball
after another sent in with no thought.

Our manager’s days are numbered unless he changes.

A defeat against Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday will really ramp the pressure
up on this manager, we will never build a settled team with this clown in charge.

I don’t think he even knows his best team.

I have always been concerned as to how our reserve players get match fit with the limited
game time they have.

With the tinkering that goes on it is no wonder they don’t perform.

I have just looked up the French League situation and they have leagues that reserve teams
play in similar to our old Football Combination.

Our manager would have worked under that system and is now struggling to give none first
choice players game time.

It’s no wonder he tinkers and loses sight of the bigger picture.
