Was that a pre-season friendly we watched last night?
With multiple subs coming on and young players being blooded it was far from a competitive game.

Team play was non existent and I don’t know if the pitch is getting hard again as it did a couple of
seasons ago but ball control was non existent.

Cookie deserved a much better performance for his last game.
Young Kerrins and I will be at the Derby game and hopefully we will at least see a competitive game
but we are not holding our collective breaths!

I got the Central Line to White City ok but Underground trains
were set to stop around 8pm.

Considering the problems I was surprised how many fans
had actually made it to the game.

Did the team put in the same effort?

Swansea started the day one place behind us but
they were still up for the game & stroked the ball
about with ease.

Have to say that penalty decision was an absolute disgrace
From my vantage point in the Upper Loft I could see it was well
outside the box

It was farewell to Steve Cook as he left the field.
