Firstly met up with Swedish R Simon then Sammy at Hanger Lane Station.
Arriving nice & early at the ground, we headed to their Club House to meet up
with some of the others.

Rangers had most of the early possession but it was the home side who took the lead.
After giving the ball away, Trent Mahorn was adjudged to have fouled the Vale player
in the box.

Looked harsh but Mr Jolliffe awarded the penalty and the resulting spot-kick sent Harry Halwax
the wrong way.

Into the 2nd half & Ody Alfa equalised with a well-placed penalty.

Then, Stan Flaherty took his goal well but the home side made it 2-2 with a free kick from 25 yards
which went through the wall & left Matteo Salamon rooted to the spot.

After a fairly even 2nd half & numerous substitutions, the match finished all-square.

Attendance: 302.

News came through that the 1st team had beaten an Uxbridge side 2-0 behind closed doors.
