On 6th October 1973, the Rs scored our 2,000th League goal!
It was scored by Stan Bowles (who else) in a 1-1 draw with Chelsea, at Loftus Road.
The Scum's equaliser was an own goal by Dave Webb.

…..and on this day in 1968, the Rs won our first-ever game in the top flight.
It was the 68-69 season, our 1st time in Division 1 (as was), and we beat Ipswich 2-1.
It was also my first ever game at Loftus Road - I was convinced I was a lucky charm!
