Well done Mick Beale

I will put my hands up and admit I was underwhelmed with his appointment in the summer,
but he is slowly turning me around with his managerial nouse and putting his stamp on this team.
I know it is still early days and many more games to play, but as Beale said last night nobody
is getting too excited at the moment. But it must be said, this team has already won some
very difficult games on the road this season.
The changes he made late in the game with the score level, really gave us the impetus to
push on and go for a winning goal albeit a penalty. I really like the idea he has, of recruiting
young players with a hunger to succeed or a point to prove.
The one thing that has to be said of Beale, is that he an eye for a player and that has
benefited us this season.
