Sunderland Game

With our current run of form (or lack of) this is going to be a must win game.
You have to wonder what goes through the minds of most of the squad who should have pride
in their club and give 100% every match for the supporters who follow the team despite
their abysmal performances.
The comments relating to the likes of Chair, Willock and Dickie earlier in the season
relating to potential transfers out seem to be now in the dim distant past.
If they are not playing for the club/supporters you would have thought they would at least
wish to put themselves in the shop window for a potential move.
They have managed to get us down to our beloved 16th place and I am beginning to wonder
if this lot have a masochistic pleasure in flirting with relegation each season.
Are they paid too much now too soon and there is no incentive to play well and you
must also wonder about the "injuries" that seem to follow half the squad.
Is it time to condemn half the side to the B team and put in some new young players who
are still, from the odd game I have watched, giving 100% on a fraction of the wages.
I think it is time for Critchley to visit the broom cupboard and sweep away the rubbish.
