It’s that time of year again when Tottenham Hotspur have announced their retained list,
6 players have been released from their Development Squad and 3 players from their U18 team.

It will be interesting to see if our DOF does his usual thing, brings some of these released
players from Spurs across London to W12.

t hasn’t worked before and I very much doubt it will be a success in the future,
I think the inability of our DOF to spot potential and recruit the right players has been evident
over the last 8 years.

Please do not bring any Tottenham rejects to QPR, they are being released for a reason.

Just as well we made an exception for Terry Venables!
Not to mention Les Allen.
Any way, Les has gone now, so that particular door is probably closed.....

I thought we bought both Terry Venables and Les Allen from Tottenham, both players also
played in their first team before joining the R’s.

Unlike some of the players they have released
in recent years, when our ex DOF would bring them across London and put them on trial with us.

At least those days are gone now and hopefully, we can at long last move forward as a club.
