We are rock bottom as a football club tonight, for the 17th time in the last 22 seasons
we have exited the FA Cup at the first attempt.
We have been run by incompetent people for many many years, change has been required
for so long yet as supporters year after year we allow these pretenders to get away with it.
The defeats are mounting and we are on the slide, today’s defeat was another embarrassment
to QPR and these individuals need to be taken to task.
The time has come for supporters to make their feelings known, sub standard players continually
brought to QPR who haven’t been fit for purpose. Injury prone players brought to the club on
loan and permanent deals. Why ?
Who was responsible for the recruitment of these players, if it was Ferdinand and Hoos then
they should stand up and speak to the supporters now.
Three managers (if you include Hall) this season who have all struggled. Why ?
We are in free fall and I have absolutely no confidence whatsoever, in Bhatia, Hoos
and Ferdinand to turn it around.
If these people are allowed to continue running QPR, we will be playing Fleetwood
again next season in the league.

Re: Bhatia, Ferdinand and Hoos, please get out of our club
I do not think you can put the entire blame for our inept and inconsistent performance
entirely on the Owners/management as we know over the past couple of seasons the
team is capable of playing to a standard at least top six and we have been
top two standard for a couple of periods.
The modern players are overpaid and when they play well seem to think they
need to keep that standard up to attract other clubs and a lucrative move and then
go through the motions keeping out of trouble not risking an injury.
Are they on win bonuses? They don’t play like it if so and are happy to get their inflated
basic salaries each week.
I can understand certain players being included in games at the moment to enable the
manager to assess what he has inherited and the clearing out has started in that respect.
What is worrying is the form of players like Willock and Dickie who are well below the
standards they have achieved in the past.
Have injuries blunted their performances. Is it physical or mental?
At last we have a manager who has called a spade a spade after yesterdays performance
and hopefully he will be discussing the areas we need to invest in during this transfer window.
If nothing is done then we should be looking beyond the players and Manager.

Re: Bhatia, Ferdinand and Hoos, please get out of our club
I was not blaming the poor result at Fleetwood on Owners/Management, after
Critchley’s comments over the weekend the blame lays firmly with the players.
I think it seems many didn’t want to be there, just hope our DOF can actually
achieve something by moving some of them on.
When Gerry Francis was appointed manager first time around, his attention to detail
in every aspect of managing QPR was phenomenal. Whether it was team
selection, tactical or recruitment, he had his way of working and it worked very well
for our club.
I read an article once on his recruitment policy when he was considering signing players,
he would gather as much information on the players as he could. Whether the player
was a drinker, gambler, womanizer, good or bad trainer, good influence or bad influence
n the dressing room. Small details but essential to a club of our standing.
Oh how we could do with a young Gerry Francis at QPR today, he could manage, coach
and had the ability to see the potential in young players.

Re: Bhatia, Ferdinand and Hoos, please get out of our club
Can you incompetents just go and depart our club now, can you please take all
those who impersonate coaches for our underage teams with you.
The reckless contracts given to substandard players, coaches and managers,
was clearly reflected in the club’s accounts that were published this week.
As a football club we are an absolute mess from top to bottom.
Lee Hoos ex CEO of Southampton, Leicester and Burnley -
Hopefully ex CEO of QPR sooner rather than later.
Les Ferdinand DOF at QPR since 2015. - Failed miserably in this role and
I have seen nothing in 8 years to suggest otherwise.
Ahmit Bhatia and Ruben Gnanalingam - Surely you cannot be happy with the
performances of Hoos and Ferdinand, our football club is on its knees and
supporters have had enough. We are going nowhere but to Division One.
Hoos and Ferdinand have both been at QPR for 8 years, there has been no
progress made and they are taking us down.
Time to stand up and be counted.

Re: Bhatia, Ferdinand and Hoos, please get out of our club
The silence from the Board shows a total detachment from the club.
Are we being run at a loss for tax reasons?!
The lack of interest in our situation is staggering are they really happy
with the position we are in.
Watching the goals today we will need all the injured players back and
performance of the highest level but we are fast running out of time foR
The return of the sicknotes.
I hope I’m wrong but I just can’t see us winning another game and we
can only stay up by the dross below us not winning on a regular basis.

Re: Bhatia, Ferdinand and Hoos, please get out of our club
I doubt it, Colin.
It's a myth that losing money saves tax; OK, no profits = no tax,
but if a profit is made, the Club still retains something.
We just dont have the gate receipts to make a profit.
