Roberts could return to QPR squad for Sunderland game
By Ian McCullough 13/02/2023
'QPR will assess Tyler Roberts ahead of Tuesday’s game against Sunderland.
Roberts trained on Friday but “didn’t feel ready” for Saturday’s match against
Millwall, according to R’s boss Neil Critchley.
“We’re hopeful he will be in the squad for tomorrow night,” Critchley added.
Meanwhile, Jake Clarke-Salter faces another spell on the sidelines. The former
Chelsea man has started just 12 games since joining in June.
“It’s a calf injury and he won’t back in the short term, that’s for certain,” said
R’s boss Neil Critchley.
With Leon Balogun also unavailable and Conor Masterson out on loan, Rangers are now
somewhat low on options in a position in which they were previously overloaded.
Balogun, Clarke-Salter, Roberts and Taylor Richards – key signings made prior to
Critchley replacing Mick Beale at Loftus Road – have all been unavailable for much
of the season.
Chris Willock was also being assessed on Monday morning after going off with
more hamstring trouble soon after coming on as a substitute against Millwall.
Striker Sinclair Armstrong went off during that game because of cramp but is
expected to be in the squad for Tuesday.'

Re: Latest on our Injured/Missing Players from West London Sport...
Would have been quicker to say who is fit!
How did we get into this situation of half a side of permanent sicknotes.
Do we look at the history of these players or decide they will feel at home with
the rest of the sicknotes already signed.
Funny how some players go season after season missing only one or two games.
Our players of the fifties and sixties didn’t seem to miss games and just got on with it.

Too many players seem to go missing every game!
