Maybe someone like Shaun Derry, Clint Hill :idea:

And at the same time look at the whole backroom staff/coaching/training
situation.

Chris Ramsey vacating the dugout on match days would certainly help in my opinion,
totally undermines Neil Critchley and his coaches him being there.

What does Chris Ramsey actually do at QPR, other than accompanying
Ferdinand and being on a lucrative contract.
This guy had his chance at being a manager at QPR and failed, yet unbelievably
was retained in what role I have no idea.
