Re: Rob Dickie Joins Bristol City...
He certainly won’t be missed that’s for sure, he had a very poor season and his
performances epitomized a player who didn’t want to be at QPR.
I sincerely hope he is the first of many to leave the club this summer.

Re: Rob Dickie Joins Bristol City...
Steve we all know the financial predicament at QPR which has been well documented,
there’s absolutely no chance of Dickie being replaced with any real quality defenders.
The hope is as always with QPR we can discover, some young talented and hungry players
with potential.
Then comes the issue of trying to recruit these types of players, we have an appalling scouting
network who are not fit for purpose.
We have a DOF at QPR whose record of recruitment over the last 8 years, is nothing short of
scandalous and he should have been removed from the role years ago.
Recruitment at QPR in recent years is the biggest criticism I have of the club, we just don’t have
the qualified personnel at the club to identify the talent out there.

Tommy,
Slightly off topic.
One of the main concerns for me is the coaching of the younger players at the club.
I note that Chris Ramsey is still in his position (alongside that of Ferdinand) and I was hoping
that these two would be gone by now!

Bill your point is bang on mate, we have coaches at the club recruited by the DOF,
who are just plain and simply not good enough.
The underage teams at QPR in recent seasons have been woeful, I suppose the argument
would be if we don’t have the talent in the underage teams then how can any coach improve players.
But I would argue that these coaches who have been employed by QPR for a few years now, have
failed miserably in their roles and I have seen no players emerge that would excite me for the future.
Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey have just not delivered in their roles at QPR, year after year of
failure seems to be acceptable by the board.
This last season is the only time that I can remember, supporters venting their anger at these individuals
because they played their part in what was a horrendous season.
A clear out was required throughout the club to give QPR supporters some optimism for the future,
but as usual Amit Bhatia and Ruben Gnanalingam don’t have the balls to do what is right and what
is best for QPR going forward.

Tommy,
It seems that QPR are falling behind other Championship clubs on a daily basis,
and are sleepwalking towards League 1.
It's reported in today's Daily Mail that Leeds United are close to a full takeover by a
San Francisco Investment Fund, who already own 44 per cent of Leeds.
In another report from the Mail, Neil Warnock has agreed to stay on as Manager of Huddersfield Town
next season, whilst Huddersfield also have a new owner in American business man Kevin Nagle.
Amit Bhatia, in my view, has no real input as to how the club is being run and is just a useless figurehead.
What's the saying, 'Up The Creek Without a Paddle', which just about sums this shambles of a club up.

Re: Rob Dickie Joins Bristol City...
Bill you can add Birmingham City to that with Leeds and Huddersfield, it is called ambition
and they have what we don’t have.
People at their respective clubs who care, people that
made things happen and who want to see their clubs prosper, we have people at the top of
our club who just don’t get it the way we do as supporters.
They are incompetent and out of their depth.
If this regime continues running QPR the way they do, then it will be a continuation of Hoos and
Ferdinand sacking 2 or 3 managers every season.
These clowns are responsible for appointing managers, this past season at QPR we had Beale,
Hall, Critchley and Ainsworth in charge.
In any other industry where you are judged on performance, Hoos and Ferdinand would have been
dismissed without doubt. They have been in their respective roles for 8 years, can any QPR supporters
anywhere honestly say they have seen any improvement during that time.
I can only speak for myself and say we have gone backwards during their time.
We need change at QPR and we need it now, if the board can’t see this then we will continue to
deteriorate as a club.
Amit Bhatia and Ruben Gnanalingam have taken us as far as they can, the time has come for them to
sell the club and move on.
