What do we do now?

Post by ESSEXURs »

Yet another not unexpected defeat at Leeds.

Rock bottom now and five points away from safety.
The team that started today had three players on one goal each. What chance of scoring did we have especially
with a centre forward who is on zero goals.

I just can’t see us improving with this squad as we were hardly setting the world alight with a full squad.
Wholesale rebuilding needed in January and at this rate we could be four wins adrift by then.
The likes of Santos Madsen Celar and Ashby need consigning to the dustbin as they contribute very little.

This could be the season we finally capitulate and we will only have ourselves to blame with the signings we have made.
Must be a few agents laughing all the way to their banks.

Apparently we did look at him before MC but they would not give permission to talk to him which is
somewhat ironic given their recent treatment of him.
He would be a good fit and knows the league well.

And so it starts!
Reputable French news outlet L’Equipe claims that Frenchman Gregory Vignal is a contender to replace Cifuentes at
QPR if he is relieved of his duties at Loftus Road.

The 43-year-old is claimed to have been seen at the draw with Sunderland, speaking with board members.

As far as coaching goes though, Vignal’s managerial experience is fairly limited. He spent 10 games as FC Versailles boss
before being sacked, holding the assistant manager’s role there beforehand.

Vignal has also led at youth level with Montpellier, Rangers and Marseille and Dundee.

Hardly a wonderful CV!!

What do we do now?
A question often asked by 'Phones' in Stingray -
as in, "What do we do now, Troy??"
