The team sheet revealed two trialists; Mesaque Dju at No.11 & Jaami Qureshi on the bench.
Dju scored a hat-trick for the 'B' team last week.

We got off to an assertive start, with Joseph Ajose very lively down the right-wing but gradually the
visitors grew into the game.

Miles Leaburn converted from a breakaway around the half-hour mark & nabbed a second a few mins later.

The Charlton keeper made an outstanding save on the line from Alfie Lloyd & shortly after he dived to his left
to push the ball away from a Dju effort.

Pedder shot just wide of the post from a free kick but at ht it remained 0-2.

We enjoyed a good spell of possession & build-up play in the early stages but hardly troubled the keeper.

Trent Mahorn made a needless challenge on Dylan Gavin & Mr Parkinson showed him a 2nd yellow.

Miles Leaburn completed his hat-trick in the closing stages from the penalty spot.

Amongst those looking on were Marc Bircham, Lee Cook, Martin Rowlands & Marcus Bean...
