No Michael Frey? Not sure how true but was told that he didn't play because
of certain issues????

Alfie Lloyd obviously not fully fit or he would have started.

The team lacked shape & movement, Stoke players were often
first to the ball, gave it away often etc etc

And this from Marti....
"There was almost no performance for seventy minutes of the game," Martí told www.qpr.co.uk.

"It was definitely not good enough - a really poor performance and that's very disappointing because
we had 15 days to make sure that we were prepared for this game.

"We spoke a lot about the urgency, about the level of intensity but we were very far off it."

He added: "The level (today) was poor for everything. That's not the standards that we're used to,
I think all of the players know that.

"It's very easy to go into specific situations if you want, but the whole performance and the game as a
whole was not great.

"Stoke were better than us and that's it."

Didn’t watch the game but followed it on Sky and online.
I’m hoping the Frey comments were just a bad choice of words as it could be interpreted as suggesting
all is not well in the squad.

We certainly played as if there is a collective problem and I hope MC has not lost the players as we will rapidly
descend into the relegation zone.

MC did not help himself with the team selection not for the first time. Surely we could have played Development Squad
forwards rather than playing our smallest player as the front man!!
Why so many injuries? Are these hybrid pitches to blame?

It seemed to be one of those games we specialise in where all the players lack effort or ability to pass a ball.
Is it something in the tea? We need to know! :D

Once again the no striker formation did not work.

Like I have previously said even at the best of times we we are not really a goal scoring team.
Third lowest scorers in the league I believe. We rely on defensive organisation team spirit and determination.....
Once that is absent there is not much else.

I went - that's a day of my life (not to mention £75) that I'll never get back.
We were woeful in every department, never looked like scoring.
Still, on the plus side, I found a couple of great pubs in Stoke after the game.....
