Luke Amos had the ball in the net but was ruled offside.

Cagey at times but we had the best of the 1st half.

The game really opened up after the break, Ilias & Lyndon Dykes forced vg saves fro the keeper.

Prior to our late goal, Derby looked dangerous during a 15 minute spell.
And just after this a Lyndon Dykes' assist set up Luke Amos who finished well

Tom Lawrence fouled sub Charlie Austin which meant him receiving a 2nd yellow.

A surprising 8 added minutes was signalled but we negotiated it fairly comfortably.

Sam Field superb again...

Reading scored a very late winner & the Rams were relegated.

I was surprised it was only 8 mins - the Derby players spent so much time on the ground, it could have been half an hour!
So many of them went down, it was like the Grand National.

Also significant for me was that we played four at the back as we had done at Huddersfield

Disagree about it being a good performance, Steve.
Derby looked like they could nick one at any time,
we looked pretty average in both defense & attack.
I found it a nail-biting ordeal & was more relieved than anything when we finally scored.
Not unlike another certain game we played against them....

Yes Steve R. You make a good point.

Like I have been saying for many moons now.....Ditch this failed wing back system! We have enough problems in defence as it is!
