Re: Les Ferdinand Hits Back at Critics....

Les Ferdinand once again trying to justify his position as DOF at QPR, he can say what he likes to the media on the
selection process with Beale coming in. This appointment as has been said by many is a massive risk, Ferdinand and Hoos
have both publically backed Beale because of his experience coaching at big clubs.

This summer’s recruitment has suddenly become critical for the club, as Beale and the team are gonna need to hit the ground
running when we kick off.

An interesting story coming out of the midlands today regarding Aston Villa, saying how Beale supposedly fell out with a
number of Villa players particularly John McGinn. Should be interesting to see who Beale appoints as his back room team now.

Kevin Thomson who has just quit his position as manager of Kelty Hearts a part time club in Scotland, is being linked with a coaching position at QPR as Michael Beale puts his coaching team together.

No doubt he was a unanimous choice, when this selection process was occurring.

Gonna be interesting to see who else is lined up to join the coaching team.
